Sales Policies

  • Orders can be made by phone or email and confirmed by signed invoice

  • Once an order is confirmed a deposit of 50% is due before any throws are created or shipped. Remainder is due upon delivery. 

  • Failure to pay the remainder will result in the loss of ½ of your order. 

  • Each item is handmade and therefore there will be some variation from pictures and within the order.

  • Avg. Lead time is 4-6 weeks, and will be confirmed at time of order.

  • No orders will be taken after 4 weeks before Mardi Gras.

  • Orders w/ custom logos require an additional fee of 50$ This pays for setup time and to cover any additional costs for your order. 


Refunds and Exchanges

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund until we begin to work on your order. After we begin work on your order the 50% deposit becomes non refundable. Payments can be made through Venmo, Cashapp, Cash or Check.

  • Refunds or exchanges if there is a significant flaw or defect in the work produced. Each intel is made by hand and frequently from natural and reclaimed materials. Therefore, there WILL be variation in and throughout your order. This is the beauty and uniqueness of our products. 

  • Individual throws with defects or flaws will be replaced with a like item at no cost.
